Payment
L’Atelier Candles accepts credit/debit card payments via PayPal. PayPal claims that it “enables anyone with an email address to send and receive payments online, using the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems, ensuring that all purchases through PayPal are always secure and your account numbers stay safe.”
Payment must be received in full before goods can be forwarded.
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD).
Ownership
Property in products is transferred to the customer when L’Atelier Candles unconditionally appropriates the products to the customer’s order when the products are picked from the shelves at their premises.
Upon property passing to the customer the products are at the customer’s risk notwithstanding the products may not have left the supplier’s premises or are in transit with Australia Post for delivery to the customer.
Shipping
Orders are sent via Registered Parcel Post and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Orders shipped within Australia have a flat fee of $10. Should you wish to insure your merchandise, an additional fee shall apply.
L’Atelier Candles will not be held responsible for loss or damage through Australia Post.

Privacy Policy
Privacy of our clients is of utmost importance to L’Atelier Candles.
We view privacy as a serious matter and we strictly adhere to the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to L’Atelier Candles. Full priced merchandise may be exchanged or refunded if it is returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please notify sales@lateliercandles.com.au before returning the goods. Candles must be in their original condition and packaging with the invoice included. Registered Post is recommended. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items on special cannot be returned, so please select carefully.
Should an item be faulty, postage will be refunded for return of the goods within 30 days of purchase.
